Digital Romance – Love, Loyalty, and Gifting
Hearts and love are already overwhelming me these days. I admit, February 14th isn’t exactly my favorite day. Mostly because it feels “manufactured,” driven by materialism and forced obligations. I’ll also confess I’m not exactly a “romantic,” though I like to think I have my own kind of romance.
I remember my elementary school teacher. She once told us: “If you only give me a flower on March 8th, I don’t need it.” Back then, we didn’t understand her point, but today, of course, I do. When thinking about a topic for this article, I couldn’t ignore Valentine’s Day.
