Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the SOS-SW Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Participation
Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form and be approved by [SOS-SW Team]. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Accurate Information:
You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep this information up-to-date.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion:
You are responsible for promoting our products and services using ethical and legal methods.
No Spamming:
You must not use unsolicited email (spam) to promote our products. All email marketing must comply with the GDPR Act and other applicable laws.
No Black Hat Techniques:
You must not use black hat SEO techniques, including but not limited to keyword stuffing,cloaking, or using private link networks to artificially inflate your referral numbers.
Compliance with Laws:
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising laws and data protection regulations.
3. Affiliate Referrals
Mouth-to-Mouth Referrals:
This program is based on word-of-mouth referrals. We track your efforts manually to ensure accuracy and fairness.
Prohibited Content:
Referrals must not be made through websites or channels that contain or promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or adult content.
4. Commissions
Commission Structure:
Commissions are based on the tier level you are in and the compensation formula specified in the program details.
Payment Terms:
Commissions will be paid out according to the schedule and method agreed upon at the time of your acceptance into the program.
Fraudulent Activity:
Any attempt to artificially inflate referral numbers or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
5. Termination
Right to Terminate
SOS-SW reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms, unethical behavior, or inactivity.
Consequences of Termination:
Upon termination, you will cease all use of our promotional materials and affiliate codes, and you will forfeit any unpaid commissions if termination is due to a breach of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty:
SOS-SW makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the program.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold SOS-SW, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, liability, or expense arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
7. Changes to the Terms
Modifications:
SOS-SW reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of EU.
