What is Mala ulica?
Mala ulica is a public institution that offers a children’s playroom and an outdoor playground for fun for children and parents. The design is very well thought out, as the little ones play under the watchful eye of the animators, while the parents can take a break and drink coffee, tea, or something else in peace. Parents and children can have an annual or daily ticket/membership fee for the premises of Mala ulica. Entry is possible through the main gate or the garden.
Problem
They kept their members in Excel spreadsheets. Of course, members often forgot to register and thus they did not know how many visitors actually come to the premises of Mala Street each day and how many of them are on the premises at any given moment. Unnecessary additional work was also involved in extending and controlling the membership fee. The premises are closed, so a person must be present to open the door for members.
