Ljeto je vrijeme kada ve\u0107ina nas uzme malo du\u017ei predah ili barem produ\u017eeni vikend. Studija objavljena u \u010dasopisu Journal of Happiness Studies pokazala je da bi odmor trebao trajati barem od 8 do 14 dana. Za potpuni odmak od svakodnevice preporu\u010duje se uzeti jo\u0161 malo vi\u0161e vremena. Osobno smatram da se nakon predugog odmora te\u0161ko vratiti u prija\u0161nji radni ritam. Meni se to dogodilo prije nekoliko godina na Tajlandu, kada sam se toliko opustio da sam imao stvarne pote\u0161ko\u0107e ponovno \u201edosti\u0107i radnu temperaturu\u201c.     <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"i3fu\">Tijekom odmora na\u0161e se zdravlje i op\u0107e dobro stanje brzo pobolj\u0161avaju. U prvom dijelu odmora svakako nije lako odmah \u201eisklju\u010diti\u201c mozak \u2013 barem meni ne. Mnogi od nas ovo vrijeme iskoriste i za strate\u0161ko razmi\u0161ljanje te barem okvirne pripreme za jesen, kada bi se trebali izraditi planovi za sljede\u0107u godinu.
